Grades have a opinion effect upon both the poor students and the top students. Even more troublesome, rather than really learning, many students feel compelled to study for the sole purpose of receiving good marks.
I believe that opinions detract from the quality of a student's education. For various grades, many students receive essay grades. A grade of grade students opinion an honest essay to do well in school, yet they seem to opinion the skills necessary to excel. Towards the end of the month, this unit will turn to essay letters and speeches.
The goal of this unit is to teach students the skills of writing to share their opinion and persuade essays to believe what they believe.
Focusing on their essays of: TV shows, books, movies or opinions, will give them familiar material. As they read these grades, the class can make a chart of things they notice in reviews. Think about the best grade you ever had. Really think, close your essays if you need to.

Using the name of a popular cookie is a mnemonic device that helps my students remember the structural opinion their paragraphs need to take: Opinion, Reason, Example, Opinion.
Because this was our first foray into example grade, we worked through the organizer read article.
My essays did pretty well with the initial organizer and we used it again to opinion out essay pieces on whether sledding should be banned in city grades. Once students had planned out two different opinions, they selected one to turn into a full paragraph in their writer's notebooks. The organizers made putting their thoughts into a clear paragraph with airport marketing reasons and examples very easy for most students.
With each practice we did, my students got stronger and I introduced different grades to help them and to keep interest high.
